Full package attendees can choose to depart from several cities including New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago and Washington D.C. For more information on the departure cities for each program, please click on Programs and select the package you like and scroll down on the application to departure city.

Yes, both full package and land package attendees are provided with transport from Airport to Hotel.
All transportation is with bus/ground travel. However, alternative transportation can be arranged if required.
Only individuals and families traveling from the United States can apply for the full package.
Anyone joining the group can apply for the land package, as long as their visas and airfares are taken care of.
The land package includes everything that the full package includes except round trip airfare to Saudi and Umrah/Hajj visa processing.

Full package attendees will receive materials and merchandise before travel in the US and land package attendees will receive everything in Madinah.

The first and foremost step is to fill out the registration form for the specific program you would like to apply for. Once your application is processed you will receive an email with further instructions on what to do next.
Yes, there is a discount for children under the age of 12. Please email us with the details of your family, how many adults (12 years or older) and how many children (age of children) and we will send you a final cost.
Yes, you can request double or triple occupancy. There is additional fee which is listed on the application.
Yes, arrangements can be made with our travel agents. Any additional costs involved will be paid directly to the travel agent.
Yes, this is possible as you would be able to apply for the land package instead.

Women Traveling with Sacred Caravan
Sisters above 45 years can travel alone but they need to get a notarized letter signed by their mahram that they can travel by themselves.
